- happy people -
after dinner kuya was my designated driver. we (ie: cathy, joylyn, me) got super faded at fishbowl. i just couldn't stay away from that place and cathy fell in love with it too! the three of us had the infamous chocolate martini. we settled on a couch by the window. the band was Total Control and they are the best r&b/pop live band on island. so good company and good music = good times.
there was this one dude that looked like lejoe that night and it totally freaked me out. he kept looking my way and i couldn't stop looking either just to make sure it wasn't him. bad idea cuz it just made me miss lejoe even more :(
i couldn't help but think how my bday would've been had i celebrated in chi-town. i know it's blistering cold over there - but even in the craziest of weathers i still found a way to have a blast. i guess that was the only sad part about being 21 - not celebrating it at my favorite city.
we went to Globe for some dancing (just to sweat off our drunkiness). unfortunately it wasn't as live as i expected it to be. it was infested with weird people TRYING to dance. nonetheless it was quite entertaining.
