Thousands of Americans who were devastated by Hurricane Katrina are now homeless. Hundreds of them are being relocated to the mountain state.
For the time being, West Virginia will be the home away from home for approximately 500 Louisiana residents. Two C-130's have already transported more than 150 refugees from New Orleans to the mountain state and a third plane was expected to land on Sunday, but never made it.
