Eric Moore from Ohio rock legends The Godz. If you grew up in Ohio and are between the ages of 36-45, chances are you knew of the Godz. They were one of the first rock bands from Columbus to make it big, signing to Casablanca and touring with Kiss and Angel.
I've seen The Godz more times than I can possibly count. Caught Eric with a new lineup last month, best Godz show I've seen in the last 10 years. Eric has lived the rock and roll lifestyle to the max. A couple of my buddies saw The Godz two weeks after I photographed this show, Eric made it thru one song before unplugging his guitar and having his people rush him to the hosptial with internal bleeding. Get well soon, Eric, rock and roll needs more like you in this era of American Idols and tripe featuring Nelly... |
