Jacob and I went on a little father and son camping trip this weekend. This is late in the afternoon when everything was calm and peaceful, later when we turned in for the night the calmness didn’t last. At 11pm we found ourselves in the mist of a storm that produced high winds, golf ball size hail a nearby tornado and a flash flood. We got out all right but the tent didn’t make it, bummer, I’ve had that tent for 28 years.
