wow . . . i'd say that's a hazard. at the JETS game yesterday, there was a bin marked charcoal only . . . and it was smoking like mad . . . i think some people didn't read the sign, used it as a garbage can, and then when the hot coals went in . . . oh boy. fire fire fire.
