YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM Great on a hard rainy construction day (as taught by my client/contractor/friends on the last big job I did - Borland Intl new HQ (you cin google and look at it)in Scotts Valley, tell K it was built where "Santa's Village" used to be, BIG oil/gas mess where the "Standard" gas station (complete with reindeer on each letter of the sign)was and they offered what "fixtures" were left cheeeep to -errrr- collectors . . . .) Also the guy up the hill (who is/was a founder of an eyeshades company! - yanno something like Wayfarers) objected to the HVAC cooling towers being on the roof!!!!!!! SO they wuz moved! Santa's Village, or what was left of it, was a huge mess)
