BUT JMHO I watched my bro and his union and he beefed about it and the dues, never got much out of it but high wages (framing carpenter - foreman) - then the unions got busted in California and the year he died he was foreman on a job in Sacramento at $9 hour, no bennies, all the regulars spoka no Angleesh . . .
