			Ed didn't work too hard, it's just hard to get him to REALLY smile for the camera, the big lug! The landlord did the hard work, which he SHOULD have. He told us he didn't thing the steps were so bad, then Ed turned them over! ROTTEN WOOD! He DID apilogize! Good to hear from you, I was gettin' worried that they were working you to death!
