I think it really depends where you are as to snowfall...in the Amazon,none...on the East coast probably too much, as far as I'm concerned...2-3 snowfalls would be my fill dutring our time in Vermont in the winter so we can snowshoe a few times and then I would like 50s to 70s for the rest of the time...it can rain for the flowers..caribbean rain is really nice..20 minutes each day,torrential, and then gone...Have a great Sunday.
