The founder of Taize, Br. Roger, 90, an ecumenical place for Christians was murdered. he was not Catholic, but was revered by Catholics. I will post about him tomorrow.

			Civilian deaths: Somehere between 23,000 and 26,000 according to this site: http://www.iraqbodycount.net/ The soldier body count site has DISAPPEARED (lunabville.org); so has the Russian site! Still looking for one that counts by type of death.
