			Good morning Roger! You couldn't just trim the tree? You do indeed have a much better view )and les chance of storm damage)! And what did the backhoe do? Why eminent domain, you had no choice but to cut it? My favorite cottonwood was grossly and rudely trimmed on the "road" side last year, (luckily to the other side of the tree for us), as it was overhanging the road like yours, I guess the school bus driver and the other service truck drivers griped, with reason!
