			Ohhhhh I LOVE IT! What year, do you know? (I am into history and costumes among other things). It looks like a take-off on early Tudor dresses in England (Anne of Boleyn and all that). I know the Russian Court used French as their official language for many many years, (was that Peter the Great who started that? I can't remember! anyway...) which did not help their cause with the rest of the non-aristocrats! Can't you just see yourself in this?
