		brittney11w	Brandons best friend Arlo, the boy kneeling, also went with Brandon into the Marines. They were told they would be able to stay together, but something happened and Arlo had to come back and leave again later. So they ended up being separated after all.
		brittney11w	Brandon's older brother,Carl, was in the army and had been in Iraq for months, but he came back a few months before Brandon left. Carl is getting married June 11th, but Brandon won't be there for it unless some miracle brings him home.
			It would indeed be a miracle . . . a friend's husband just got home from Afghanistan - a Reserve engineer - after a year. The reserves there don't have the constant put-offs that they get in Iraq. I try to keep all of our guys and gals in uniform in my prayers; they sacrifice so much and I honor them for being willing to do so. I pray Brandon and his friend come home safe and sound!
			I married a "former" Marine (Ed). (they say 'once a Marine, always a Marine') but he never had to fight, he was lucky or blessed or something! He is not sorry to not be over there and he hates seeing his 'brothers' getting killed like they are (as you could see from his album).
