			If you went back in time, would you sign up to the army again? Would you have done the same? It's obvious in your picture that you are said with the number of people that have died... I am glad you are here today.

			That is too complicated a question to ask a Vet. The answer is multi-layered. I believe we may all suffice the post to say: a wish for no more of this.
			Don't forget also that many Vets had no choice - they were drafted. David is right - that war was so complex and the political hype so screwy that many (like Ron Kovack - "Born on the 4th of July") fell for it , enlisted and found themselves in hell before they knew whta was what. Would he do it again, being the SAME kid he was? Sure he would. Knowing what he knows now? No way (I speak for Ron, not Roger).
