		tanddjohnson	How much snow did you guys get out there?
		tanddjohnson	reply: the river is down because during the floods a few weeks back a tug lost it's barges and some of them washed into the dam and sunk. this caused the half of the gates to be wide open and unable to close. they are still trying to get them out. I think they only have one left to go. the barge traffic has been halted on this section of river because the river is at record low with banks and roadways giving in.
